The buyer understands that in order to validate the puppy's guarantee he/she must take their puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase to get a health certificate. If there is any future problems regarding the puppy's health, the buyer must produce the health certificate to puppytime Atlanta or all guarantees on the puppy's health are void. The buyer understands the warranty and acknowledges that no cash refund or reimbursement of vet fees for the initial exam or for any other vet services rendered will be made and that the initial exam and the timely submission of vet reports are conditions precedent to the effectiveness of the limited health warranty and two year hip dysplasia warranty. To be eligible for the extended warranty You must keep the puppy under the continued care of a licensed veterinarian including shots, dewormings, and heart worm treatments. Purchaser agrees to feed the puppy a premium dog food and not allow the puppy to become obese.
Your new puppy is guaranteed until it reaches 2 years of age against fatal and life altering congenital or genetic disease which adversely effects the health of the animal. If the dog dies within the 2 year time, purchaser will pay to have the dog autopsied to determine the exact cause of death . If the reason is genetic or congenital, Puppytime Atlanta will replace the puppy with a new puppy of equal value based on available stock. If your dog needs surgery we will reimburse the purchaser up to the amount of the puppy price minus the deposit for any surgery deemed necessary by the vet so you don't have to return a beloved pet for a replacement puppy. We do not guarantee the puppy against any viral disease (parvo, corona, distemper, etc.) as these can be caught anywhere at anytime in a puppy. Please do not take your puppy out in public until it has been fully vaccinated around 4 months of age. There is no guarantee that the purchaser will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of show or breeding potential. Puppytime Atlanta is not responsible for temperament issues as they can be caused by lack of training, discipline, or improper dog socialization. |
TOY AND TEACUP BREED PUPPIES:
Many of you have just purchased one of the smallest of the small. If you have purchased one of the extra- tiny or teacup babies (under 10 lbs at maturity) They are just like premature babies. They are so fragile and so vulnerable that only constant love and thorough care will enable them to live. The buyer understands that the puppy being purchased is an extremely fragile breed. Furthermore, the buyer understands that additional care will be needed to insure the health and well being of said puppy. Without proper care this breed can suffer from hypoglycemia, dehydration, starvation , etc.
There are no refunds of deposits.
1) For the first few weeks the puppy must stay on its current feeding schedule. Soak dry food down before giving to puppy with goat milk or puppy formula. Feed a tablespoon of canned food twice a day and give a fingerful of Nutrical 3 times a day.
2) Don't let the puppy play too much, they need sleep.
3) Keep puppy clean, dry and warm. Provide a heating pad, but keep the cord away from the puppy.
4) In the event of the death of the puppy, Buyer (at buyers expense) must provide a letter stating cause of death from attending vet. Along with a copy of the autopsy report and/ or tissue studies conducted to determine the cause of death.
5) In the event of death of the puppy due to dehydration, starvation, malnutrition, or any other conditions related to the fragile nature of the puppy Buyer agrees that no refund of purchase price or exchange of puppy will be forthcoming.
