Our facility is located on a 33 acre Miniature horse farm. We are not a commercial breeder and do not sell our puppies to pet stores, flea markets, or other similar outlets. Our 5 children enjoy our horses and love playing with our dogs. They are regularly groomed, vaccinated, and played with. We guarantee the health of each of our puppies and will honor every warranty.

ALL of our puppies may be returned for any reason, ie. allergies, moving, family problems, etc. . We will find a new adoptive home for your puppy. There is no monetary compensation to the buyer for this service.

We have been breeding for 10 years and our kids fell in love with many different breeds. We specialize in moyen and standard poodles. We also breed labradoodles and goldendoodles which we have found to be the most family friendly of the crossbreeds. All our dogs are completely danderless and nonshedding except F1 goldendoodles and F1 labradoodles, they are low to nonshedding dogs. All of our purebred dogs are AKC or CKC registered sometimes both, we are in good standing with both registries. We guarantee the genetic health of our dogs for 3 years from birthdate.

Our sires and dams are chosen for their excellent health and sweet temperaments. The puppies are given lots of love and nurturing care by our whole family. Our children hate to see the puppies leave but are glad they go to such wonderful homes.

DEPOSITS can be paid for by paypal, personal check or cash. Checks may be mailed to  P.O. Box 1747, Commerce, GA 30529.  If the entire amount of the puppy is paid for with a credit card, add 4% pay pal service charge. No puppy can be held without a deposit. Deposits are nonrefundable but may be used on another litter if there isn't a suitable puppy in the litter you place a deposit on.

PICKING UP YOUR PUPPY:   

How do I pick out my puppy after I pay my deposit?

Once the puppies are born I will email pics of the new puppies to the people that have paid their deposit or post them on my website under Go Shopping. Those people will be allowed to choose first. I will then allow the general public to choose from the remaining puppies. Puppies must be chosen by 5 weeks to insure that the next in line get to choose in a timely manner.

PICK UP BALANCE can be paid for with cash only, no checks. Puppies must be paid for in full by 6 weeks of age. Most puppies are ready for their new homes at 8 weeks. All puppies left over 8 weeks will incur a boarding charge of $10 per day unless you have notified me of your situation prior to pick up.  Our customers are welcome to come and pickup their puppy or we will deliver the puppy for a nominal fee.

We feed Taste Of The Wild Priairie formula to our puppies.  Your puppy will have at least 1 set of puppy shots and depending on age 2 or 3.  We deworm at 2 and 4 weeks with strongid and at 6 weeks panacur.  We also have a prevent meds program to insusre the good health of your new puppy.

Things you may need prior to pickup:

1. Taste of  The Wild puppy food
2. Leash and collar.
3. Appropriate size plastic crate for travel.
4. Wire crate with adjustable interior panel for home use.
5. Towels and newspaper or puppy pads.
6. Stainless steel or ceramic water and food bowl.
7. Rope, squeaky stuffed animal type toys.  No food treats for at least a week after taking puppy home. No rawhide.

Charity Oaks Farm is a licensed breeder. We are state and AKC inspected and strive to provide our customers with quality puppies. All of our puppies are raised indoors. They are used to airconditioning and heat. Wood, linoleum, and tile floors. They can climb stairs and have been on gravel, concrete and grass. Each puppy is played with by our children and socialized before they reach your home. We also implement nueral stimulation for the highest quality puppy care. The puppies are de-wormed on a regular basis and vaccinated according to our vets vaccination schedule.

Shipping is available:  We offer shipping in the continental U.S.  This includes your health certificate, vet exam, shipping crate ( which you keep for crate training) airline ticket, transportation and handling fees.  We use Continental Airlines, other airlines can be more money if we have to use them due to customer location or request.  Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the seller on a replacement puppy.
