We only own a couple of dogs that live in our home, that means we have a couple of litters a year. Our customers are always welcome to come and meet us and our dogs.
GENETIC TESTING
We test our dogs for several genetic diseases, including hips, elbows, heart, patellas and VWD. Make sure the breeder you choose does this testing and can give you a copy of those tests. Check under Sires and Dams for specific tests done on each dog.
THE GOLDENDOODLE
Coat Types
F1- The first generation is a 50/50 cross of poodle and retriever. These puppies will shed some and are not suitable for people with allergies. **Don't let unscrupulous breeders lie to you and tell you different. These coats change several times in the first year. You may not be allergic when you pick up the puppy but 6 months down the road you are.
F1b-The f1 goldendoodle bred back to the poodle is ideal for allergy sufferers and people who don't want to clean up hair.
F2- The f1 goldendoodle bred to the f1 goldendoodle is better than the F1 for allergies but may still shed.
F2b- The f2 bred to a poodle. These are ideal for all. They have gorgeous coats that are wavy or curly and are nonshedding and hypoallergenic.
